You will receive a preview gallery within 48 hours of your wedding with enough to keep you going until the full gallery hits your inbox. The average wait time for your full gallery is 4-8 weeks. However, when it’s peak wedding season, the editing process can take up to 10 weeks. Want your gallery ASAP? No worries, you can add on priority editing which means you’ll jump to the top of the queue and receive your full gallery in under two weeks.

Absolutely. Travel expenses are included in all UK and Destination packages for Europe. Got a wedding further afield? No worries. Get in touch and we can take a look at pricing options that suit. We will discuss this with you upon enquiry and will never throw them in to the mix last minute - that’s a promise.

Absolutely, yes. We will never tie you in to add on’s at the start if we’re not 100% sure you’ll need them- we believe in flexibility! Your final timeline and guest list will play a big part in required add ons, especially coverage and second photographer options. Upgrades can be made to packages up until one month before your day. Should you decide you fancy something extra, we will work with you to find the best solution and amend accordingly.

Unfortunately, due to the volume of enquiries we receive we are unable to hold dates until the contract is signed and deposit completed. You have one week from receiving your paperwork to complete your booking before the date will be released.

Yes. Our packages have been crafted to include 20% VAT so there are no extra costs/surprises upon booking. Our VAT number will be attached to your invoices. If you have any other questions surrounding VAT please just reach out and we’d be happy to answer them.

A question without a definitive answer, I’m afraid. It’s package dependent, timeline dependent and so much more. As a guide line, a half day wedding can expect around 600+ images whilst a full day wedding with two photographers can expect around the 1000+ mark. We will always prioritise quality over quantity and your gallery will tell the story of your day. To get a better idea, ask us for a handful of sample galleries that best match your day.

You may have noticed that yes whilst ‘Danielle Veitch’ is the name, we now have a team of photographers working for the studio. If Danielle is already booked you have the option to proceed with Hazel or Carly. Whoever's capturing your day, it's sure to be magic. All trained in our signature style but with unique flairs, we shoot every wedding with energy, passion and a whole lotta love. Danielle edits everything in house which ensures consistency across all final galleries and means she's always at the heart of the project.
